Hola! James here. I’m the owner, designer and handicraft-man behind studio makkuro. I am a Colombian industrial designer, graphic designer and philosopher living in Perth WA. Here I met cork as raw material and with it I express my passion for industrial design and sustainability. 

Thought using up-to-date technology of CNC digital cutting and awarded digital printing processes, I spend a lot of time carefully finishing by hand each cork product so they can withstand everyday use and age with personality.
